Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Order can be cancelled before the shipment. After shipment it can be only RTO. Once order get cancelled amount will be refunded for 'prepaid orders'.

Cancelation Criteria

We have no question asked policy.

Returns

In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us through the registered email ID within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

1. Product is damaged/defective.
2. Differ from the description on the website.
3. Wrong item delivered/Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity.
4. Missing parts/accessories.

Refunds
  • Once the order gets canceled, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – in 2 - 4 business days.

  • If transaction is done by through NEFT and Cheque then customer need to share the below-mentioned details at our Email Id Care@marichi-india.com from registered e-mail id.

    2. Account Holder name

    3. IFSC Code

  • ​After receiving the required information for refund, refund will be processed in 2 business days and the same will reflect in your account in another 2-4 business days.

Terms of Service

Marichi India Electricals provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects for Street Lights, Flood Lights, and High Power lights.

  • The warranty starts from the date of the purchase invoice and is valid for the first purchaser of the product in India.

  • To access warranty services, customers must provide the original purchase invoice and, if available, the signed and stamped original Warranty Certificate from the selling dealer.

  • After evaluation, If it is considered a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced.

  • The warranty for repaired or replaced products continues for the remaining warranty period, and the defective product becomes the property of the company.

  • If the same product or a similar design is not available, it will be replaced with an equivalent model.

  • The company is not responsible for economic loss, commercial loss, consequential liability, property damage, or any other harm or loss incurred by the customer.

Warranty exclusions or conditions
  • Violation of warranty terms, conditions, instructions, installation guidelines, or operating the product outside its specifications.

  • Damage, erasure, or tampering with the serial number affixed to the product or if the product is refurbished or modified.

  • Operation of the product in conditions other than normal (e.g., extreme environmental conditions or voltage surges).

  • Commercial use of the product.

  • Failure to use the company's mounting boxes for accessories.

  • Harm caused by accidents, negligence, improper maintenance, mishandling, tampering, transit damage, or customer fault.

  • Harm resulting from unforeseeable events like force majeure.

  • Harm caused by defects in electrical/civil installations, wiring, or third-party products.
